Wayne Lochner began his career in real estate in 1998 as a commercial broker with Cenprop. As a result of his exemplary performance, high service levels and notable people skills, he was headhunted by Flight Centre to head up their National Property Division, after he had successfully placed them as a tenant in January of 2000. During his tenure at Flight Centre, Wayne was responsible for making Flight Centre a household name, driving their growth by opening 95 new stores. Wayne returned to Cenprop in 2007 to step into the role of Portfolio Manager, and has since developed both his knowledge of the retail and real estate environments, as well as his network, having loyal business relationships with many of the country’s top tier commercial tenants. The latest in Wayne’s long list of achievements is being accepted for Principal status by the EAAB, allowing him to guide Cenprop skillfully in its future endeavours.
