Philosophy

Cenprop is a Pietermaritzburg based, nationally active, commercial real estate company. We manage, lease and sell all classes of business property; retail, office and industrial. Our business has been built on a base of integrity honesty and fair dealing dating back to 1983. Our personnel are skilled and qualified in the disciplines necessary for the efficient running of a medium sized business.

We see our contribution to our clients as:

• Adding value to existing investments through efficient, effective management
• Assisting them in making investment  decisions by undertaking thorough due diligence exercises and analysing the results to make investment decisions easier
• Realising investments that have reached maturity or realised the “value-added” anticipated upon acquisition

Our vision is to create an atmosphere in which our client’s existing portfolio is under control; proposed disposals can be adequately documented and put to market; and new investments satisfactorily assessed prior to acquisition and successfully managed post acquisition.
